When you sign up for our waitlist via the form, we only store:

Your email address
Time of registration

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your email address solely to inform you about the launch of OwnFlora. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

Legal basis: Consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Storage and Hosting

Email addresses are stored with Supabase (Supabase Inc.). The database server is located in the EU region Frankfurt (eu-central-1).

The website is hosted via Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Technical access data (IP address, timestamp, browser type) may be recorded in server logs. This data is not merged with other data sources.

5. Storage Duration

Your email address is stored until you request its deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g., after notification about the app launch).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Information – what data we have stored about you
Deletion – removal of your data
Revocation – withdrawal of your consent
Complaint – with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at)
